Important information!
We don’t charge VAT!
Driver always help to load an unload.
We start to charge from the time of arrival at the address till job is finish.
All vans are equiped with troleys, blankets, straps, sat-nav etc..
After 2 hours min. charge you will be charged in half hour increments.
If your booking was for One hour and if you go over one hour then you will be charged in half hour increments of the price you have been quoted.
Man and van service up to first floor at above prices, if more then one floor we charge extra £5 per additional floor ( if no lift ).
Payment need to be done to the driver before unloading.
If outside of M25 or over 30 miles we charge £1.2 per mile + hourly rate.
(Routes taken will be those as advised by our Sat-Nav. unless you request a particular route)
If you want to cancel your booking, make sure to do it 24h in advance, otherwise 1 hour fee will be applied.
Congestion and parking charges not included in price. Congestion charge applies Monday – Friday from 7am to 6pm ( £10 ). For more information about congestion charge go to TFL (Transport For London) website
